These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website strongform.click, the FlowState app and the membership service provided by FlowState Technologies Inc. ("FlowState", "we", "us"). By using our website, app or service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our service
FlowState provides a subscription membership that lets members discover and book sessions at participating partner studios and gyms across Canada through our app. Plan details, credits and pricing are described on our website and confirmed at sign-up.
2. Health disclaimer
Activities booked through FlowState involve physical exercise. Information on this website and in the app is for general fitness purposes only and is not medical advice. You should consult a physician before beginning any exercise programme, particularly if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or are recovering from injury. You participate at your own risk, and partner studios are responsible for the sessions they deliver.
3. Membership & billing
Memberships are billed monthly in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise. Free trials convert to a paid plan unless cancelled before the trial ends. Credits reset each billing cycle and, unless stated, do not roll over. Prices exclude applicable taxes unless noted.
4. Bookings & cancellations
Bookings are subject to partner availability. Each partner may set its own cancellation window; late cancellations or no-shows may use a credit or incur a fee shown at booking. We are not responsible for changes a partner makes to its schedule.
5. Pausing & cancelling
You may pause or cancel your membership at any time through the app or by contacting support, effective at the end of your current billing cycle, except as required by applicable consumer protection law.
6. Acceptable use
You agree to use the app and partner facilities responsibly, follow partner rules and not misuse, share or resell your membership. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlowState is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for injury arising during partner sessions except where caused by our negligence. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website and in the app, including text, graphics, logos and images, is the property of FlowState or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date indicates the latest revision. Continued use of our website, app or service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
